Learning to cook is a key life skill that not only helps you on a journey of understanding nutrition, but also it is hugely rewarding; from helping you to grow in confidence, to bringing you and your family/friends together socially - making lots of happy memories together.
Cooking is a very creative process and it's important to experiment in the kitchen, and enjoy the many different ingredients that you can cook with.
Learning the art of cooking, even just simple recipes, can also help to save money, not to mention how more healthy it can be.
Here we challenge you to create your very own Recipe Book that includes one of each of the colours of the rainbow!

To help you get started, we've created a Recipe Book template for you to download and print (just click on the file link below)
Top Tip: You don't have to print all the pages, perhaps start with the first 6-8 and then print more as you create more incredible recipes - don't forget to include recipes that you've found and have loved!
